Refund policy

We want you to love your Fancy Pak order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it;
In its original packaging;
Returned with your order number or proof of purchase.

2. How to start a return

Email us at tania@prestigefancy.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns must be sent to:

3. Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos at tania@prestigefancy.com with your order number and photos of the item and the box. We will make it right.

4. Non-returnable items

Jewelry cleaners that have been opened or used;
Sale items;
Gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

6. Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card company may need extra time to post the refund.
