Welcome to Fancy Pak. In these Terms and Conditions, "Fancy Pak", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fancy Pak, and "you" refers to anyone who visits our website or buys from us.
By using fancypak.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our store runs on Shopify. Our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these Terms.
1. Using our website
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
The information you give us (name, email, address, payment details) must be accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for all activity in your account.
2. Our products
We do our best to show our jewelry boxes, organizers, watch cases and cleaners accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product availability, descriptions and prices may change without notice, and some products may be offered in limited quantities.
Please follow the instructions included with our jewelry cleaners. If you are unsure whether a cleaner is suitable for a specific piece, contact us before use.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Products sold on fancypak.com are for personal use, not for resale.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
The price that applies is the price shown when you place your order.
Applicable taxes and shipping costs are added at checkout.
We accept major credit cards and the payment methods shown at checkout.
Promotions and discount codes have their own conditions, which are shown with the offer.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather or peak seasons. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by them. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Conditions and exceptions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
